ArcanaWell collects the minimum information needed to operate the site. Our free reading tools (Card of the Day, Three-Card Reading, Celtic Cross, Yes/No Tarot, Birth Card Calculator) run entirely in your browser — no card draw or birth date you enter is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and store it with our email service provider (Brevo) to send you updates. If you purchase the Personal Tarot Reading or make a donation, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves. If you use our contact form, your submitted name, email, and message are sent to us via Formspree.

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser's standard privacy controls or a browser extension.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies and similar browser-storage mechanisms: strictly necessary ones that keep the site functioning (for example, remembering that you've dismissed a banner), and analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics that help us understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

Data retention. Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry. Purchase records connected to the Personal Tarot Reading product or a donation are retained as required for our own accounting and tax obligations, typically no longer than seven years, consistent with standard financial record-keeping practice.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below — we'll respond and resolve verified requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

Children's privacy. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy. If we make a material change to how we collect or use information, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, note the change directly on this page rather than only in a changelog.
