The most useful messages we receive tend to fall into a few categories: a specific factual correction (a wrong planetary attribution, an inaccurate numerology note, a card page that contradicts its own methodology sourcing), a broken link or a page that isn't rendering correctly, or general feedback on a card, spread, or guide that felt thin, confusing, or worth expanding. If you're reporting a factual correction, including the specific card or page and what you believe the accurate detail should be (ideally with a source) helps us verify and fix it faster than a general note that something "seems off."

This form isn't a channel for a personalized tarot reading — if that's what you're looking for, see our Personal Tarot Reading product instead, which is written individually per question rather than handled through general contact. For everything else — press inquiries, partnership questions, or simply wanting to flag something you noticed — email is read by an actual person, not routed through an automated system, so response times can vary, but every message genuinely gets read.

Before writing in with a general "how do I read tarot" question, it's worth checking our Learn hub first — most of the common beginner questions (how to shuffle, how to phrase a question, what a reversed card actually changes) already have a dedicated, detailed guide there. That said, if a guide genuinely leaves your specific question unanswered, that's exactly the kind of gap worth telling us about directly, since it usually means the guide needs expanding for the next reader too.
